Alternative Way To Clean White Boards

Today we had a white board that needed some cleaning. It had some marks that had been on it for a looong time. As luck would have it, we were out of cleaner with class almost ready to start.



Then, a stroke of inspiration - we had plenty of hand sanitizer. What's in the cleaner fluid? Alcohol. What's in hand sanitizer? Alcohol.

Worked!

Tried a little in a corner and it came right off. Used a paper towel and scrubbed the whole board in a minute or two. The stuff was scented so that was a bonus!
